## Description

**Description of Services:** The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform supervisor development services as defined in this Performance Work Statement. Services include two days of facilitation for our 64 supervisors.

a) Four total days of in-house face-to-face facilitation for our 64 supervisors; Two-day training session with 32 supervisors followed by another two-day training session for 32 supervisors, completed during the second quarter of FY24 (January - March). Instructor to travel twice during the second quarter of FY24. The contractor will propose an actual schedule to Contracting officer for approval and coordination upon award.

b) Additionally, to gain long term knowledge, 6 separate 1-1.5 hour live virtual webinars shall be delivered monthly (6-months) following the end of the face-to-face sessions. These sessions will have max participation of all 64 supervisors. These follow on webinar topics should mirror the topics discussed during the Two-Day in-person training sessions. The purpose of these follow-on webinars is to reflect on skills gained during the initial in-person session, discuss current struggles related to the topic, and to provide any additional tools to support the supervisors. The Contractor shall record each webinar session and provide to the Government.
