The requirement will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a Business Standard of $37M and Product Service Code of Y1KF – Construction and Dredging Facilities. In accordance with FARS 36.204(F) Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 million. Project Description: Provide labor, material, and equipment to perform the following: The subject project is for dredging and debris removal of Lynnhaven Inlet located in Virginia Beach, Virginia with provisions to include: dredging and placement of approximately 185,000 cubic yards of maintenance material from Lynnhaven Inlet Federal Navigation Project, including the Lynnhaven Entrance Channel, Turning Basic, Side Channel, Channel to Broad Bay, and Narrows Channel. Approximately 175,00 cubic yards of sandy material will be dredged and hydraulically placed on the nearby Cape Henry Beach shoreline.
