## Description

The Guam Army National Guard (GUARNG) seeks to enter into Multiple Award Master Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) Events in support of GUARNG Family Programs Office within the Territory of Guam, Amendment 0003.The purpose of this Amendment 0003 is to clarify the Line Items in the Instructions to Offerors. Contractor shall complete boxes #8 and #15, acknowledge all Amendments and include signed copies of the SF 30s for Amendment 0001, 0002, and 0003 as part of their quotation submission in addition to the Instructions to Offerors Amendment 0003 and other quotation documents.
