**Q1:** The PWS clearly specifies that lodging must be within 10 miles of the event venue. However, are there any geographic restrictions or requirements for the venue location itself, or does the venue simply need to be located within the Daytona Beach area?

**A1:** No, the venue just needs to be located within the Daytona Beach city.

**Q2:** What time will government personnel arrive on December 6th for setup, and are there any specific security clearance requirements for contractor personnel?

**A2:** At 6am on day of event for set-up as for the event check-in starts at 7am.

**Q3:** Is there a menu approval process required before the event, and are there any specific dietary restrictions or cultural considerations beyond the allergen requirements mentioned?

**A3:** No, menu has to meet PWS requirements.

**Q4:** Will the government provide any coordination for attendee parking, or is the contractor responsible for all parking management and signage?

**A4:** The contractor would be responsible for parking management. Yellow Ribbon Pre-Deployment Event for the 1-265 ADA with 420 total guests. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure all requested requirements are met. Event space, audio/visual (A/V) services, catering services, and lodging will be secured by the contractor with oversight from the Yellow Ribbon POC. See PWS for details
