## Description

Lodging requirements for the 1-265 ADA Pre-Deployment Yellow Ribbon Event with 350 total guests. The final number of attendees requiring lodging will be finalized on 24 May 2024. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure all requirements are met. Lodging and parking will be secured by the contractor with oversight from the Yellow Ribbon POC. See attached SOW for specific details
