## Description

U.S. Government seeks to lease 3,360 sq./ft of office space with an additional 2,500 sq./ft of meeting space. Must also have 8,000 sq./ft of shop/covered warehouse space with 9' high minimum ceilings/entry door. A minimum of 1/4 acre outside area abled to be fenced in for storage is required.
