Demobilize when dredging work is completed. Should Option(s) be awarded, mobilize dredge to Grand Haven Outer Harbor in 2027, dredge between the limits and place material as shown in plans. Demobilize when work is complete. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is intended to be issued as a firm fixed-price contract competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction (Dredging), which as a small business size standard of $37 million, Product Service Code Y1KF – Construction of Dredging facilities. General Information: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
