All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The USACE Detroit District requires Contractor security services to protect Government, civilian and Contractor personnel, facilities, and equipment within the SPO area of responsibility by provision of contract security guards. Contract security guards will not be deputized or exercise any additional authority or jurisdiction granted by local, state, or the federal Government to perform law enforcement duties on or off USACE property as part of this contract. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform private contract security guard services.
