## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W911WN26QA060 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Leadership Development Program (Level 2). This acquisition is set-aside for Disabled-Service Owned Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
