Delivery Location: 477 Spillway Road, Tionesta, PA Important Notes: The Government reserves the right to cancel this combined synopsis/solicitation at any time. Award will be made to the offerors providing the best value to the Government. The Contractor is responsible for furnishing all equipment, labor, operators, supervision, quality control, supplies, materials, and incidentals, necessary to satisfactorily deliver all supplies.
