City of Paden. Proposed Sanitary Sewer Improvements Phase II - The US Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District. This requirement is to upgrade the sludge dewatering system at the Paden City Wastewater Treatment Plant by decommissioning the old sludge drying beds, installing a new belt filter press, constructing a building for the new belt filter press, and upgrading the aeration system.
