Removal and disposal of all roof membrane. d. Removal and disposal of a 4 foot width of existing insulation board down to roof deck around entire perimeter of the roof and replacement with new polyisocyanurate board insulation. e. Installation of new, fiberglass faced gypsum cover board over all insulation board over the entire roof. f. Installation of new pipe boots, new curbing and flashing at exhaust fans and vents g. Installation of new fully adhered reinforced Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) roof membrane. h. Installation of new flashing, perimeter flashing and drip edge .i. Installation of new aluminum gutters and downspouts. j. The Contractor will be required to furnish roof system material and workmanship warranties. Roof membrane manufacturers warranty shall cover roof system materials and installation workmanship, including flashing, insulation, and accessories necessary for a watertight roof system construction for a duration of not less than 20 years. k.
