## Description

The WebPuff automated information system (including the D2-Puff model) is emergency management software running on a dedicated network that provides predicted chemical agent plume model (D2-Puff) results, protective action recommendations, customized work plan and status board information, and emergency management notification to the offpost communities. System output meets the requirements of the Common Alerting Protocol.

The proposed contract will require the contractor to sustain and provide lifecycle maintenance of the automated information system (AIS) (including the D2-Puff model) and the hardware it operates on; develop, test, and deploy updates and fixes; provide technical and operational support; as well as provide training on the WebPuff AIS.
