## Description

1AD at Fort Bliss, Texas is seeking a senior leadership speaker for the dates of 9-10 December 2025. Provide a keynote lecture (60–90 minutes) on leadership, moral psychology, and resilience in the context of modern generational challenges. Deliver content on the following topics: Current research on social media, anxiety, and adolescent/young adult development as it relates to leadership and organizational readiness. Facilitate a moderated Q&A session with Army Senior leaders.

Provide preparatory material to include a word document or PowerPoint slide on content topics you will cover and how it relates to research-driven Army end goals of prevention, resilience, and leadership effectiveness.

**Speaker Requirements:** Must have presented two or more lectures at the C-Suite Level (Colonel or above level) with a minimum audience size of 900 personnel Must have published a minimum of one book released through a major academic or commercial press Must have a degree/license in psychology, leadership, resilience, or generational studies Must have past performance background in connecting psychological and social research to practical application for military development In your submission provide: Background and how it relates to required topics; Past Performance Publications
