This is for Fort Bliss Solid Waste Management (SWM) Refuse and Recycling Services. See PWS, Technical Exhibits and other attachments to this solicitation. Amendment 1:The purpose of this Amendment is to make the following changes:1. Extend the offer due date to Thursday 16 April 2026 10:00 AM MDT.2. Questions and Answers will be provided no later than Friday 10 April 2026.3.  The A01 Performance Questionnaires are to be provided when proposals are due.
