AFSBn-Bliss is requesting a leased copier agreement which will provide 36 new multifunctional devices to replace the current fleet of ageing and disparate devices. This contract is for Multifunctional Devices (MFDs) that meet the minimum salient characteristics listed in the attached document to include color printing, copy/scan functionality, CAC Smartcard enabled, and standard finishing capability. Each MFD will include a Full-Service Maintenance Agreement for service and supplies to include print, toner, developer, dry ink, cleaning rollers, fillers, staples, and HD removal.
