## Description

A Graduation venue in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This is a non-personal services contract to provide the Noncommissioned Officer Center of Excellence (NCOLCoE) with a venue to accommodate the Sergeants Major Course (SMC) Graduation. The Noncommissioned Officer Center of Excellence (NCOLCoE) requires a location for the Sergeants Major Course (SMC) Graduation Ceremony with a minimum of 8,000 – 10,000 seats. The NCOLCoE requires a location that can seat 720 graduates in an isolated section of seating (i.e., main floor), 300 VIPs, and at least 9,000 family members and guests in general seating. All questions are due by 10 am EST on 24 January 2025.
