## Description

The Contractor shall deliver a 45–60-minute keynote speech in a theater setting to a live audience consisting of 900 participants. The requested theme is Building Resilience. The requested messages are:

(1) the importance of resilience (2) resilience as a tool to overcome personal limitations and obstacles in the operating environment (3) resilience as an integral component to preventing harmful behaviors (4) how engaged leaders can use resilience to build trust and high morale on their teams (5) resilience as a tool to strengthen teams and communities and optimize performance.
