Bliss, Texas intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the roof removal/replacement at buildings 1335, 1407, and 22886 at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM. The contract duration is 210 days after notice to proceed. This project is set aside for HUBZone Owned Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160, with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000.
