## Description

Vendor is to provide: - One Hundred (100) portable latrines and fifty (50)Handwashing Stations to include every other day cleaning services for Fort Bliss, TX and IAW with PWS. PLEASE FILL OUT THE ATTACHED SF1449 AND PROVIDE PRICING IN ACCORDANCE TO THE CLIN STRUCTURE. ENSURE BLOCKS 17a, 30a, 30b, AND 30c ARE FILLED OUT ON THE SF1449. WITHIN BLOCK 17a PLEASE ENSURE YOU LIST CAGE CODE AND UEI.

ALL RESPONSES ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO SSG SUSETTE LUJARDO AND MAJ ALAN R LAMBERT VIA EMAIL (susette.lujardolahera.mil@army.mil & alan.r.lambert4.mil@army.mil).
