The contractor will provide a specified number of (64 & 96) gallon shredder containers for the William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), El Paso, TX as described herein and in accordance with the Government mandated standards, outputs, and regulations. The Contractor shall service full containers weekly and furnish all materials, equipment, management, labor, supervision, training, and transportation to provide complete shredding services for WBAMC and the designated outlying clinics. The contractor will also pick up, transport and destroy physical, magnetic hard drives removed from desktop computers in order to prevent the loss of any Personally Identifiable Information (PII)and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA) issues This action is being released as a total small business set-aside. The Government intends to award a single Fixed Price (FP) contract as a result from this solicitation. The solicitation and resulting contract will be for one base period and four additional one-year option periods. Estimated performance start date is 6 May 2024. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 561990. Potential Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents from https://www.sam.gov.
