## Description

Portable latrines and handwashing station support location at Dona Ana Range Complex (DARC), McGregor Range Complex (MRC), Oro Grande Range Complex (ORC), and Fort Bliss, Texas. Portable latrine and handwashing station cleaning services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Cleaning shall occur weekly. 22 latrines and 22 hand washing stations cleaned 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). Emergency cleaning and restocking services for latrines and handwashing stations.

The Government estimates no more than (24) emergency cleanings and/or restocking per portable latrine and handwash stations a year. Emergency cleaning and restocking services that will be completed outside of the normal hours of operation within the PWS.
