## Description

This effort is in support of Directorate of Emergency Services, Physical Security Division, at Fort Bliss, Texas. There are five (5) Access Control Points at Fort Bliss and surrounding areas where there are no sewers lines or facilities close enough to use without placing employees in jeopardy. The objective of this contract is to provide portable latrines and hand washing stations, maintenance, and services to five (5) Access Control Points.

This is a service requirement to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to deliver and service portable chemical latrines in support of Fort Bliss Department of Emergency Services operations as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

**Amendment 1:** Extended Solicitation and updated PWS to include Latitude and Longitude of latrine locations. "W911SG 24 Q 0045 Final" was the original solicitation, which has been modified. See "W911SG 24 Q 0045 Amend 1 Changes", showing only the changes. "W911SG 24 Q 0045 Amend 1 Full Solicitation" is the curent full version of the solicitation.
