## Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Bliss has received a requirement from the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Fort Bliss to provide electrical emergency power at the “distribution-level” for energy security, as well as operations and maintenance for the 13,800-volt electric power distribution system alone with two Generator systems. These systems support and provide electrical power to a micro-grid on Fort Bliss in the event of a power outage by EL Paso Electric. These systems enable Fort Bliss to meet the conditions of an Interruptible Tariff Agreement with El Paso Electric Company
