## Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss is issuing a Construction Solicitation W911SG24B0015, in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at Fort Bliss, TX. General Information; The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, performance/payment bonds and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. The project at Building 2480 includes the following:

the removal and replacement with a new fully adhered 80 mil TPO roofing system with R-38 insulation and 5/8 inch glass-mat roof board, to include exterior components such as soffit, fascia, gutters, vents, etc. Procurement will be solicited as Historically Underutilized Business Zone ( HUBZone). The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is 90 calendar days after notice to proceed has been issued.
