## Description

The Contractor shall provide all work, labor, materials, related fees, and related services to complete the work according to the contract. The project at Building 2902 consists of the following:

Existing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing to be removed and replace with new fully adhered 80 mil TPO Roofing system with R-38 insulation and 5/8-inch glass-mat roof board. A hazardous materials survey is required prior to any construction.
