Except as provided elsewhere in this contract, all work shall comply with applicable State, local and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions. All work under this contract will be performed within the confines of the Fort Bliss Installation, at Fort Bliss, TX. The Wage Determination: General Decision Number: TX20240245 04/05/2024; Superseded General Decision Number: TX20230245; State: Texas; Construction Type: Building; County: El Paso County in Texas, will govern work under this contract. The bid guarantee in the amount shall be at least 20% of the bid price but shall not exceed $3,000,000.00, in accordance with FAR 28.101-2.
