## Description

This is an "Invitation for Bids" Project Title: LC-94 MAB ROOFING AND HVAC SYSTEM REPAIR B36003 at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico. A bid guarantee is required (see clause at FAR 52.228-1). All bid bonds must be originals; photocopies will not be accepted. Performance and payment bonds are required (see clause at FAR 52.228-15 DEV) This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business under NAICS 238160 (Size Standard $19 Million). The estimated procurement value ranges between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

Applicable New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax Rate for Dona Ana County is 6.500% as of the date of solicitation Site Visit Date: July 17, 2024 @ 0600 MST at White Sand Missle Range main Post Building 102. Please keep in mind that this will be an all day event, please plan accordingly.

Room 220, Fort Bliss, TX 79916 Bid Opening Date and time: August 8, 2024 @ 0930 MST Bidders’ are required to provide a CD copy of their bid documents along with their hard copy of IFB submission. All bids shall be in a sealed envelope. Resulting contract w ill be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
