## Description

The Contractor shall provide 30 standard rooms to accompany service members. Each room must have television,air conditioning, king/ queen size bed, writing/work desk, wifi capabilities, mini fridge, and non- smoking rooms. Conference room to facilitate up to 35 personnel with projector capabilities and/or large television with HDMI capabilities. Hotel must be within .5 mile from the world trade center.
