In order to be eligible for award, the offeror must be registered in the SAM.gov system as a small business concern.

The offeror MUST also hold; an up-to-date, valid, and active ANSI B77.1-1999 certification. See attached documents for complete instructions, and requirement details The solicitation will be in electronic format only and will be available on the Internet at: https://www.sam.gov/.
