## Description

12 MARCH 2024 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Digitization Services of the Howitzer yearbook(s) Collection at the United States Military Academy (USMA).

The estimated period of performance is 14 April 2025 – 13 April 2026 This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Women-Owned Small Business concerns under NAICS code 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services with a size standard of $19.5 million dollars and FSC/PSC of R612. - In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as a Women Owned Small Business concern under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. - Please verify that both your Entity Unique Identifier, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM).
