The contractor shall provide the serial subscriptions as defined in this Deliverables except for those items specified as government furnished property. The United Stated Military Academy (USMA) Library requires serial publications in support of a four (4) year college curriculum leading to a bachelor’s degree with advanced programs in History, Military Science and Engineering. The USMA Library requires a subscription for serial publications. The Library will subscribe to “Description 2025 E Combination 1” for one year under this contract.
