## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – Cambridge University Press And Assessment Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: Cambridge University Press And Assessment One Liberty Plaza 165 Broadway 20TH FL New York, New York 10006-1435, United States This is requirement is for the renewal of one (1) online subscription for access to the Cambridge University Press journals and other features offered exclusively by the Cambridge University Press for the United States Military Academy Library. The NAICS Code is 513120– Periodical Publishers with a size standard of 1,000 employees.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 2/24/2025 by 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to Leslie Duron at leslie.a.duron.civ@army.mil.
