## Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for the Garrison Caps at West Point, NY. This is a base + four (4) one year option years.

The period of performance will be from 31 January 2025 – 30 January 2030. This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 315990 Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing, size standard is 600 Employees and FSC/PSC is 8405. In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.

Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern. The solicitation is issued on or about the week of December 16, 2024 in electronic format only and will be available on the Unison Marketplace at: https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com (Formally FedBid).

Eastern Standard Time. The requests for information are due no later than January 17, 2025 at 11 am. Eastern Standard Time.
