## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – COBEK SOFTWARE USA LLC Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: Cobek Software USA LLC .

226 N Front ST STE 192 Wilmington, North Carolina 28401-3920, United States This is a new requirement for 1 (one) aPlus + Attendance Canvas LTI Reference subscription for the United States Corps of Cadets at the United States Military Academy.
