## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – READEX SUBSCRIPTIONS Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with NEWSBANK, INC., (READEX), 397 MAIN STREET, CHESTER, VT 05143 for: Early American Newspapers Series I - X Evans Digital Evans Digital Supplement, 1652-1800, AAS Evans Digital Supplement, 1670-1800, LCP (limited access) FBIS Daily Reports Series I Annexes, 1974-1996 FBIS Daily Reports All Regions, 1941-1974 FBIS Daily Reports All Regions, 1974-1996 JPRS Reports 1957-1995 Collection Shaw-Shoemaker Digital Shaw-Shoemaker Digital Supplement 1, 1801-1819, AAS Shaw-Shoemaker Digital Supplement, 1801-1819, LCP (limited access) U.S. Congressional Serial Set 1817-1980 Access U.S. Congressional Serial Set 1981-1994 Access Armed Forces and Government News This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 06/10/2024 by 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to Ms. Tara D’Amico at Tara.M.Damico.civ@army.mil.
