## Description

**SYNOPSIS:** The United States Military Academy intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for personal promotional items (PPI) inventory items (T-Shirts, Plastic Bottles, Silicone Bracelets, Large Pennants, Small Pennants, Gel Pens, Custom Die Cut Laptop Stickers, Custom Die Cut Luggage Tags, Phone/Card Holders, Custom Tissue Paper, and Custom Shipping Boxes) for the Department of Admissions at West Point U.S Military Academy. This will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 322230. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. This procurement will be set-aside for 100% Small Business (SB) concerns. The source selection process that will be used is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The solicitation process will consist of the following:

Solicitation will be issued on/or about 1 April 2024. Quotes will be due on/or about 8 April 2024. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 source selection procedures. Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers.
