## Description

This is a non-personal services acquisition to provide Solid Waste Management Services in support of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) for the U.S. Army Garrison (USAG)West Point, NY.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all solid waste management service task and frequencies described and defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), technical exhibits, and the Enterprise Municipal Solid Waste Management Services Performance Standards. The scope of services encompasses, but is not restricted to, scheduled solid waste collection and diversion/disposal, and maintenance, and special event support.
