## Description

PWS for Cadet Mentoring App Mobile Application for Cadet Character and Well-being Mentoring Description. To provide facilitation of cadet character and well-being mentoring through the use of a mobile application with chat and resource features.

This mobile application will provide cadet mentees with the ability to set and track character and well-being related goals, options for chatting with their mentors, and ability for the mentors to send resources to mentees along with overseeing their goal progress at the United States Military Academy (USMA). This will allow cadet mentees to more effectively pursue their goals and mentors to have visibility on their mentees progress.

This will then increase the connection touchpoints between mentors and mentees and allow mentors to send resources directly to the mentee that will aid their goal completion. Requirements. At a minimum, the application must provide the following. General requirements: Application must allow for character, well-being, and academic goal-setting. Application must allow for goal progress tracking. Application must provide mentor and program manager visibility on goals and goal progress.

Application must provide opportunities to chat between mentor and mentee. Application must allow mentor to access resources and push to mentee. Application must provide in-person meeting tracking. End user requirements: Application should be easily deployable on either IOS or Android operation systems. Application should be simple to download and use. Application must be user friendly and have a simplified registration process. Application should not require the cadet to match themselves with their mentor.

Organization requirements: Application should be specifically branded for USMA West Point’s exclusive use. Data obtained by the application should be accessible only to authorized USMA personnel.
