## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to provide the updated attachment TE-8 Sample-3 MO076 SOW, and to instruct contractors to include any assumptions used in the preparation of their estimates for each sample project within their joint scopings of their proposals. The due date will be extended to 3 April 2026.
