## Description

Non-Personal Custodial Services at AZ Multi-Site (AZ010, 023, 034). The period of performance is 01 May 2026 to 30 April 2027, four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Custodial Services for the 63rd for three (3) locations throughout Arizona; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract.
