The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington, anticipates issuing a solicitation for Oil Water Separator (OWS) cleaning and maintenance services. The purpose of this requirement is to establish an Requirements contract to provide all personnel, equipment, containers, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform comprehensive OWS maintenance at JBLM.
\n\nThe contractor shall ensure OWS systems function as designed to prevent the discharge of contaminants, oils, and hazardous materials into the environment. Performance requires the scheduled removal and proper disposal of sediment, sludge, and contaminated water. These services directly support the mission readiness of military and civilian operations at JBLM by maintaining critical infrastructure in full compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including the Clean Water Act and Washington State Department of Ecology standards.
\n\nThe contract will consist of a base period and four (4) one-year option periods, commencing on or about 1 June 2027. As requirements develop, the Government will issue Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) task orders on an as-needed basis in accordance with an established Price List.
