This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Teledyne Instruments, Inc., 16830 Chestnut Street, City of Industry, California 91748?1017. This requirement is for proprietary, brand?name Teledyne Falcon Gas Chromatograph (GC) components and engineering enhancements in support of the Safety Air Monitoring and Analytical Referee Systems (SAMARS) Phase 3 Part 2 effort.
