National Instruments hardware consulting Contractor Requirements (PWS 1.6.8.2): The Contractor must be a National Instruments Alliance Partner (NI and their Technicians have all the below certifications) with at least 5 Certified LabVIEW Architect’s (CLA) and Certified LabVIEW Developer’s (CLD) on staff in order to handle short notice assistance and consultation with WDTC instrumentation personnel in support of Test Programs being conducted at WDTC. The Contractor must also have a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) contract with National Instruments. The Contractor must have both Project Management and Technician capabilities in order to assist DPG personnel. The Contractor must also have on staff a NI Certified Professional Instructor (CPI) for future training courses to be conducted at DPG. The Contractor must be available on short notice (within 1 day) to respond to emergent test situations or consultation requirements.
