A vendor has contacted me regarding a few issues with the solicitation: Vendor #1 – After reviewing the Solicitation and the Performance Work Statement, we noticed a lack of clear requirements for Offerors/Contractors to provide proof of liability insurance, proficiency, relevant experience, credentials, training certificates from manufacturers, or confirmation of being an Authorized Service Agency (ASA) for the listed equipment.

Gov’t – The solicitation includes clause 52.228-5, Insurance-Work on a Government Installation, incorporated by Reference (IBR), click on this link for full text: https://www.acquisition.gov/far/part-52#FAR_52_228_5 . Evaluation Factors has been updated to include credentials, training certificates from manufacturers, or confirmation of being an Authorized Service Agency (ASA) for the listed equipment.
