## Description

CAPE Woodworking Machinery Carousel Block Saw Model TC10 Fully mechanical, automatic, carousel type block-cutter machine to cut blocks for pallets with 10 vertical magazines. Needs to Automatically separate sawn blocks from trim and waste cuts. Needs to include discharge conveyor. Must meet following specifications: Saw blade motor: 10 Hp Power motor and reducer infeed: .75 Hp Power motor and reducer waste belt: .33 Hp Rotating saw speed: 3,000 RPM Height cutting size: 70 ? 190 mm Max cutting size: 70 X 145 mm.

Numeric counter for blocks cut. First cut (clean-cut) to square the stringer automatically. Aspiration diameter: 100 mm. Production approx.: 3,500 blocks/hour. Automatic selection to evacuate the last cut. 450 mm diameter blade is included.
