## Description

The reason for the update was to modify salient characteristics to address contractor questions that could impact the solicitation. Added that Metallic Tuxedo Black or similar black is acceptable.Added that Graphite or Black enclosures are acceptable.Removed the requirement for DOT-approved tires and windshields if not available.Clarified that folding tinted windows are preferred if available, but not required.
