## Description

Purchase 112 precast concrete standard Stationary Infantry Target emplacements and necessary materials to position the target emplacement IAW U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Range Design Guide.Impact: FLW will be unable to reconfigure Range 3 (Automated Record Fire) to use the new target mechanisms (Basic Army Target Lifter systems) scheduled to be fielded in FY27. FLW currently has a physical shortfall of 3 Automated Record Fire ranges.
