## Description

Provide all resources necessary for cardio fitness equipment repair and maintenance services for 2nd Brigade Combat Team (BCT), Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F), 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum NY in accordance with the performance work statement, Exhibit A, and attachments. The Combined Synopsis solicitation is attached. Follow the instructions on the Combined Synopsis solicitation and return a filled out Combined Synopsis solicitation no later than the date/time posted.

The Combined Synopsis Solicitation has been amended to extend the quote due date and provide Q&A attachment. The purpose of the Combined Synopsis Solicitation Amendment Two is to extend the quote due date, questions due date, period of performance dates, and provide details on a site visit. A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 19 March 2024 at 10:00 AM EST at 10263 4th Armored Division Drive Fort Drum, NY.

Contractors who require a post pass must fill out the attached APPLICATION FOR SPONSORSHIP and return NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM EST on Friday, 15 March 2024 to holly.c.imbriaco.civ@army.mil.
