## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes:

1) The set-aside has been changed from Service-Disabled Veteran Owned small business, to 100% total small business set-aside.

2) Due to this change of set-aside,the solicitation is being extended with a new quote submission date of 13SEP2024.

This is a new requirement where the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), necessary to provide a fuel point operations team that shall perform scheduled and unscheduled rotary wing aircraft hot refuel services on Fort Drum, New York.
